Yasuhiko Tokuyama (born October 26th in Osaka) is a Japanese voice actor who provided voices for the Japanese narration of Thomas and Friends.
He is best known for voicing Xiahou Yuan and Sun Jian from the "Dynasty Warriors" game series and Yosaku from "One Piece".
