Plot
George vows to be mightier and higher than the engines. So he is delighted when he is sent to work on a fly-over and all the cars and lorries will be higher than the engines. The Duke and Duchess of Boxford are to open the fly-over and they do not arrive on Spencer - they arrive on Harold who may not be mightier, but he certainly is higher.
