What a Whistle! is a magazine story.
Plot
Emily finds out a whistle is not just for a guard as she sees a whistle being used by a soccer referee and a school teacher. Later, Percy and Arthur watch as a strong wind blows mail from a truck. Arthur is asked by Lady Hatt to help Percy so he blows his whistle for help and soon children from the park run down to the station to collect the letters.
