Ulises Maynardo Zavala (born 22 October 1971) is a Mexican dubbing actor who provides voices in the Latin American dub of Thomas and Friends. He is best known as the voice of Rath in "Ben 10: Omniverse", Ken in "Bunsen is a Beast", Cheng in "Kung Fu Panda: The Legend of Po", Robin Food in "Codename: Kids Next Door", Brother Willis in "Regular Show" Billy's Dad (Harold) in "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy" (special only), David Silver in "Beverly Hills, 90210", Gazpacho in "Chowder", Cyclops in "Shrek the Third", Tom Bergeron in "Take two with Phineas and Ferb", Dr. John Carter in the first twelve seasons of "E.R.", Shinjiro Kuso in Bakugan and lots of other roles.
