Tube Trouble is a magazine story.
The Fat Controller was always very busy, but one cold day, he started puffing and working slowly. He did not feel well at all. It was not long before Henry pulled into the station. One of his passengers was a doctor, who the stationmaster asked to give the Fat Controller a check-up.
The doctor concludes that the Fat Controller has a chest cold and gives him some medicine. Outside, Henry was hissing and spluttering. He tells the Fat Controller that he does not feel well. The Fat Controller asks the doctor to listen to Henry's boiler. The doctor tells the Fat Controller that it sounds like Henry has blocked tubes and is sent to the Works. A few days later, both the Fat Controller and Henry are feeling much better.
