“Being in a museum is busier than I thought!"
"I suppose you'll be pleased to get back to your shed to rest!”
―Trevor and Stephen Hatt[src]

Trevor's Task is a magazine story.

Trevor is lonely in his shed. One day, Thomas takes him to a farming museum, but Trevor is surprised to find that he is not being put in a museum because he is not useful - he is used to give a demonstration on threshing corn. Trevor is delighted and is happy to be useful once again.
