There have been various different tramp steamers that were seen all around the harbours on Sodor, mainly at Brendam Docks.

"Izzy Gomez"

Template:Infobox characterThis tramp steamer was recycled from Izzy Gomez's model from TUGS. It has made various appearances since the third season and was first seen at Knapford Harbour in the third and fourth seasons and was later shifted to Brendam in the fifth season. The tramp steamer was also seen bringing special loads of fruit to Arlesburgh Harbour. It is currently unknown where the tramp steamer's model is, as it was not seen after the fifth season.

The Old Tramp Steamer

Template:Infobox characterThis tramp steamer was once out of control and crashed into a shed at Brendam trapping some of the engines in the shed and causing the roof to push Cranky over. The tramp steamer was also seen bringing The Horrid Lorries and some special funfair equipment to Brendam. The tramp steamer only appeared in the fifth season, it's model was built by art director Robert Gauld-Galliers and went missing after being shipped back from Canada after the filming of the 2000 film, Thomas and the Magic Railroad.

The Brendam Tramp Steamer

Template:Infobox characterIn the seventh season episode, Salty's Stormy Tale, this tramp steamer was sailing to back to Brendam at night, but unfortunately, the light in the lighthouse was broken and the captain of the ship could not see the way back because of the fog and rain and was about to crash into the rocks. Luckily, Fergus' flywheel was used to power up the lighthouse's light and the tramp steamer missed the rocks just in time. In the morning, the captain thanked Salty and Fergus for saving his tramp steamer from capsizing. The Brendam Tramp Steamer first appeared in the seventh season onwards and has even made it past the switchover and now appears in the CGI series.
