Too-Wit Too Woo! is a magazine story.
Thomas and Percy usually take the mail train, but one night, Skarloey had to take Thomas' place. Skarloey is worried because he does not like travelling at night and is scared of a "Too-Wit Too-Woo!" noise. To make matters worse, a storm has caused a power cut. His driver tells Skarloey that the scary noise is coming from Farmer Jones' owl and as the noise gets louder, it means they are getting closer to home. Skarloey eventually makes it home and tells Thomas all about his night.
- Skarloey is described as a "young engine", but he is actually over one-hundred years old.
- In both illustrations, Skarloey's buffers are coloured red.
- Skarloey would not have been able to take Thomas' train because he is an entirely different gauge and he would not have been able to visit Thomas at the Main Shed.
- The rails do not have spikes.
