Thomas the Tank Engine 4, later renamed Thomas Comes to Breakfast, is a Norwegian/Finnish VHS/DVD featuring eleven second season episodes. It was only released on DVD in Finland.

Goofs

  • The front cover of the Norwegian VHS features an image from Percy's Promise, but that episode is not on this release.
  • The Norwegian back cover says that The Runaway is called "Involuntary Journey".
  • The information of That Was Close says that Duck is chasing some runaway trucks, yet it was vice versa.
