Plot
An inspector was visiting the island and all of the engines had to be busy for his visit. Thomas thinks that if all the engines are busy working at the docks, it'll please the inspector. First he tells Percy to leave the station to go to the Docks and then he tells Mavis to go from the quarry to the docks. But when he visits the station and the Quarry, the inspector is not pleased to see the locations deserted. When the inspector finally visits the docks, he witnesses the engines collide with some some coal trucks - sending coal dust all over the inspector and the Fat Controller.
Thomas was very sorry. Later, when the Fat Controller and the inspector were cleaned up, they revisited the docks where Thomas was busy working - alone. The inspector is very impressed and declares that the Fat Controller's railway is the best!
