Plot
Thomas' driver tells Thomas all about moles and how they live in tunnels and create molehills. Later, the Fat Contoller tells Thomas to take some equipment to some workmen who are repairing a tunnel on the seaside line. Thomas reverses into the tunnel, but once inside, the tunnel wall that the workmen are strengthening collapses. Luckily, no one is hurt but Thomas is trapped inside the tunnel. Finally, he is glad to be back out in the open again. He did not like living in the tunnel.
