Trivia

  • This was the last VHS of a few things:
    • The last release to feature George Carlin as the narrator in new material.
    • This was the last VHS to feature the original name of Anchor Bay Entertainment, Video Treasures onscreen. Despite that, some copies would lack the logo and warnings.
    • The last release to feature 14 characters during every nameboard sequence, commonly having the lead character of the next episode appear last.
  • Despite being the episode title in focus, it's actually the 3rd episode on this VHS.
  • This is 1 of 2 VHS releases to feature the Mail Van's nameboard sequence.
  • On the front cover and the spine, the title is "Thomas Meets the Queen and Other Stories," while the top of the case says "Thomas Meets the Queen and Other Thomas Stories," and the 1997 tape label says "Thomas Meets the Queen."
  • For unknown reasons, this was never given a DVD release. As a result, Mind That Bike, Train Stops Play, Bulls Eyes, and Four Little Engines are only available on this release (not including their digital release on Amazon and Roku).

Goofs

  • The description says that Sir Handel runs into trouble with trucks when they were actually coaches.
