  • On the DVD, Thomas, Percy and the Mail Train and the nameboards before it were replaced with unechoed audio from Best of Percy, while other episodes remain echoed.

Goofs

  • Some 1992 releases and the 1995 Anchor Bay Entertainment release do not show their respective Strand Home Video and Video Treasures logos or the warning screen, just going straight to the Britt Allcroft logo.
  • The 1994 Time-Life release for the end credits says that the film was made in 1991, but this release also features one Series 2 episode that was made in 1986 which was due to an error on Time-Life’s part. The original prints do not feature this error.
  • On the 2006 DVD release during the Series 3 intro, it plays a bit of the closing theme audio for a few seconds as the audio was taken from Thomas Comes to Breakfast, before reverting back to the opening theme audio.
  • On the DVD subtitles for Accidents Will Happen, "Thrills and spills on the railway" is mistaken as "He feels his wheels on the railway".
  • On the 2006 DVD booklet, Donald's Duck is said as “Donald s Duck.”
  • On the 1999 tape label, Britt Allcroft is misspelled as "Beth Allcroft."
  • On the front cover of the 2003 VHS/2006 DVD, Thomas' eyes are a bit wonky.
