Thomas, Percy and the Post Train is a Norwegian/Finnish VHS/DVD featuring eleven third season episodes. It was only released on VHS in Norway. It was renamed Thomas, Percy and the Dragon for the Finnish release.

- On the Norwegian release, Thomas Gets Bumped is renamed "Thomas Gets Hooked Off" and The Trouble with Mud is renamed "Troublesome Mud".
Goofs
- At the beginning of the Norwegian episode, the narrator calls the episode "Mavis From the Quarry", but on the back cover and on screen, the episode is called "Mavis".
- Thomas' eyes are wonky on the Norwegian front cover.
- In Troublesome Mud, when James says 'Trucks will be trucks', the narrator says 'Trucks will be trucks', said Henry.
