- Some releases included a Motor Road and Rail Thomas.
- In the introduction of the DVD Menu, the part of Trust Thomas when Thomas passes the cows is mirrored.
- Gordon and James' themes are heard in the episode selections.
- The front cover features images from Toby and the Flood, James and the Trouble with Trees and Duck Takes Charge, even though these episodes are not featured in this VHS/DVD.
- The back cover features images from Double Teething Troubles, A Better View for Gordon and Rock 'n' Roll, even though these episodes are not featured in this VHS/DVD.
- In the UK, the VHS version has the Gullane logo, while the DVD has the HiT logo.
- The back cover of the Australian re-release had the last six episodes removed off the list due to spacing.
Goofs
- On the back cover, it says "Peter, Sam" as if he were two separate characters.
- Dirty Work is placed before Pop Goes the Diesel meaning that audiences would not know properly who Diesel is. Additionally, they would not know why Diesel is sulking.
