“I told you I’m stronger than a silly little tug boat!”
― Diesel, Diesel Pulls Hard

The Tug Boat resides at Brendam Docks and is often used to carry a shipment of coal for the steam engines.

On a stormy night, the rope which attached the tug boat to the pier snapped and it broke away from its mooring. As the tug boat began to drift out to sea, the skipper called out that he could not drive it back to the harbour edge due to a broken engine. Luckily, Diesel's driver and the harbour stationmaster made a plan and tied a rope to Diesel's front coupling and the boat. Diesel revved his engine and pulled the tug boat safely back to the harbour edge, where it was secured to wait for its engine to be repaired.
