The Great Air Race is a magazine story.
Plot
Tiger Moth had been grounded for showing off and has just been allowed to start flying again. He boasts that planes are better than helicopters, so Harold challenges him to a race around Sodor. Tiger Moth is too busy showing off, and he runs out of fuel and falls into the sea. Harold comes to the rescue and Tiger Moth declares the race a draw.
