The Foreman is Miss Jenny's second-in-command and a member of the Sodor Construction Company.
Bio
When Jack was brought to the Pack, the Foreman introduced him to his banksman and sent him to work with Alfie.
When Oliver accidentally discovered a dinosaur fossil when there was a school swimming pool, the Foreman called Miss Jenny, who in turn called the Fat Controller, who called in a group of experts to examine it.
Persona
As a second in command, the Foreman is known for being very strict with the Pack.
Attire
The Foreman originally wore a black suit with a bowler hat, which was deemed unsafe around certain construction areas. However, since the CGI series, he was seen with a construction hat and a blue suit.
