The Britt Allcroft Company is the production company owned by Britt Allcroft, that took over from Clearwater Features to the production of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends, producing the third to fifth seasons before becoming Gullane Entertainment in 2000, who were later bought out by HiT Entertainment. Britt Allcroft reinstated the company as Britt Allcroft Productions in 2008 and reacquired the Magic Adventures of Mumfie franchise from HiT Entertainment the same year. The company also co-produced Shining Time Station with Quality Family Entertainment.
