The Art Gallery is located close to an unknown railway station and yard.
A very expensive painting was once stolen from the gallery by an art thief. The thief hid in one of Percy's trucks, but Percy called out to the police and the thief was swiftly arrested and the painting was returned. As a result, Percy was featured on the front page of the Sodor News newspaper.
The gallery is run by the art gallery manager.
The art gallery was only seen in the 2001 magazine story, Percy's Picture.
