Tesshō Genda (玄田 哲章), born Mitsuo Yokoi (横居 光雄, born 20th May 1948) is a Japanese voice actor who was represented by 81 Produce and provided voices in the Japanese version of Thomas & Friends.

He is most famous for voicing Tigger from "Winnie the Pooh", the Fourth Doctor from "Doctor Who", Mace Windu from "Star Wars", Foghorn Leghorn from "The Looney Tunes Show", Sunaotoko from "Soreike! Anpanman", Batman from "Batman: The Animated Series", and Optimus Prime from "Transformers", Action Kamen from "Crayon Shin-Chan", Teisel Bonne from the "Mega Man" series, Leodore Lionheart from "Zootopia" and the second voice of Moguro Fukuzou from "The Laughing Salesman" following Tōru Ōhira's death. He is also the official dubbing voice of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone in Japan.
