A small boy wants to be the Fat Controller and run the big station for a while. The Fat Controller allows him to and gives the boy a top-hat, whistle, and timetable. Soon Murdoch arrives and breaks his siderod and blocks the line. After that, the small boy decides to give the railway back to Sir Topham Hatt.
