The TX-1000 is a new public address system that Sir Topham Hatt bought to install it at Knapford station, but it had gone horribly wrong.
History[]
Sir Topham Hatt originally bought the TX-1000 so that he could replace the old P.A. system at Knapford station. However, this had gone horribly wrong since it was sounded in an awful and scratchy quality, which prevented the announcer from being heard clearly. Because of this, the passengers could not understand and took the wrong trains to the wrong destinations.
The Fat Controller tried to fix the system, but it broke down and was no longer working. It ended up being replaced with the old P.A. system which the TX-1000 itself was intended to replace. It was removed from the station and never seen again.
