Simon Nicholas Spencer (born in Birmingham, England in 1965) was the producer of Thomas and Friends from 2004 until 2008. He replaced Phil Fehrle when HiT Entertainment began producing the show. He also wrote six episodes for the show.
He was replaced by Nicole Stinn when production moved to Nitrogen Studios in 2009.
