Simon Nicholas Spencer, born in Birmingham, England in 1965, was the producer of Thomas and Friends from 2004 until 2008. He also wrote some episodes for the show.
He replaced Phil Fehrle when HiT Entertainment took over production and was replaced by Nicole Stinn when production moved to Nitrogen Studios in 2009.
