Salty by the Sea is a magazine story illustrated using photographs from the television series.

Plot

Salty is working so slowly at the quarry that he nearly comes to a standstill completely. The Fat Controller tells him that after he's finished at the quarry, he can go and help at the docks. The Fat Controller's plan works and Salty is soon whizzing along.
