Ryōichi Tanaka (born 26 January 1946) is a Japanese voice actor who provided voices for the Japanese narration of Thomas and Friends.
He is best known for voicing Devilman and Cancer Deathmask from "Saint Seiya" and Cobra Commander from the original "G.I. Joe" and "Transformers" cartoons.
