Rhyming Engines is a magazine story.

After seeing a baker's van with a rhyme on it to promote the bakery's bread and buns, Thomas and Percy make a rhyme that claims railways are better than roads. So Bertie makes a rhyme to get his own back. Even Gordon and Diesel make their own rhymes, but the Fat Controller settles the dispute by composing a rhyme to promote both trains and buses.
