  • Many incorrect whistle, bell and horn are heard:
    • Mavis has a whistle sound, despite her being a diesel.
    • In Tiny Engines Easy Reading: Gordon the Big Engine and the last page of Thomas the Tank Engine, Gordon has Edward's whistle sound.
    • In The Lost Puff: Listen and Learn, Toby the Tram Engine: Little Engines Missing Words, when you select crossing in Bertie the Bus: Little Engines Easy Reading and Terence the Tractor: Little Engines Missing Words, Thomas has Gordon's whistle sound.
    • Harvey's current whistle sound is at different pitches and he has Mighty's eleventh series whistle sound in some pages as well at different pitches on some pages.
    • In the last page of Gordon the Big Engine and the eighth page of Sir Topham Hatt, Henry has Edward's whistle sound.
    • In Little Engines Missing Words: Belle's New Friend, Belle has Thomas and Gordon's whistle sounds.
    • Bertie has a different horn sound.
    • Hiro has a different whistle sound and shares it with Stafford, despite Stafford having a horn and being an electric shunting engine. Donald incorrectly used it in the eighth page on Donald and Douglas.
    • Stephen has Stepney's twelfth series whistle sound.

    • Farmer Trotter is just named "Farmer" in Thomas and the Piglets.
    • In Kevin Meets Cranky:
      • A snapshot of Victor is named Salty.
      • Barrel is mistaken as box.
  • Some books does not contain any narration:
    • In the sixth page on The Fat Controller read-along.
    • All the pages of Stafford Gets Stuck.
    • At the start of Snowy Tracks, Gordon the Big Engine, Don't Bother Victor (2018 rerelease), Annie and Clarabel and Jack the Front Loader.
  • Mark Moraghan narrates on the front cover Spencer the Express Train instead of Spencer the Express Engine.
  • On the ninth page of Toby the Tram Engine, there is a narration error, as a another narrator can be heard in the background. This would have been reason why it was removed.
  • Some lines of some books are not being narrated.
  • Pictures in several video are mirrored.
  • In Color Fun: Percy the Small Engine, a coloring sheet is used from Cranky the Crane.
  • When the Read Along book of Don't Bother Victor first released, a title page of Busy Engines is used instead of that title page that is based on, which was later correct in the later release.
  • In Number Fun: Missing Odd Numbers, the logo and the circle of Thomas appears next to the Missing Odd Numbers logo.
