Percy and the Dragon is a magazine story.
Plot
Percy steamed into the station looking surprised, Gordon was there and he was in no mood for puzzles. Percy said that he had seen a huge dragon past the old railway bridge. Gordon laughed and so did the other engines. Later that morning, Percy was taking some coal trucks to the harbour, but he was still worried about the dragon. After he delivered the coal, he made his way back to the main station. But when he returned, he saw the dragon. But it turns out that in the end it was a paper dragon for a Chinese festival being held in the village green. In the end, no one laughed at Percy.
