Mayra Arellano (born October 21st, 1977) is a Mexican voice actress who provides voices in the Latin American narration of Thomas & Friends.
She is best known for voicing Lil from "Rugrats", Officer Jenny in "Pokémon", Temari from "Naruto", Ashley Hammond from "Power Rangers", Rebecca Hopkins from "Yu-Gi-Oh!", and Corrector Haruna from "Corrector Yui".
