Kōzō Shioya (塩屋 浩三, born on August 18th, 1955) is a Japanese voice actor who provided voices for Thomas and Friends from the first to seventh seasons.
He is most famous for voicing Majin Buu, Super Buu, Kid Buu, and Evil Buu in the "Dragon Ball" series. He also voices David March from "Little Women", Genzo from "One Piece" Mr. Kurisuke from "Soreike! Anpanman", and Gonzo from "The Muppets".
