James' Rest Cure is a 1994 annual story.
James is fed up with doing all the shunting in the yard, so one day, he and Edward decide to swap jobs. James struggles to pull Edward's trucks up the hill and when he reaches the top, the trucks push him back down. But gradually, his driver is able to apply the brakes as they reach the bottom. By the time James delivers his trucks at the harbour, he is exhausted and goes back to the yard for a rest.
