Bio
Ivo Hugh was built by the workmen of the Crovan's Gate Works and named in a special ceremony by Mr. Ivo Hugh, chief engineer of the Skarloey Railway. Before he was named, he was known only as Number 7.
Basis
Ivo Hugh is based on the Talyllyn Railway's "Tom Rolt".
Livery
Ivo Hugh is painted in the Skarloey Railway's red livery with blue-and-yellow lining.
