Harvey watches some Cub Scouts help an elderly woman cross a road. Later, he gets his own opportunity to be helpful when Elizabeth, on an important delivery to a florist, breaks down on the level crossing. Harvey pulls her clear and is very happy to be helpful like the Scouts.
