Harvey to the Rescue! is a magazine story illustrated using photographs from the television series.
Plot
Harvey, a crane engine, arrives on Sodor. The engines think he looks strange, so Percy will not allow him to take his mail. Next day, Percy has an accident with some trucks and after being rescued by Harvey, Percy allows Harvey to take the mail any time he wants.
