Gaute Boris Skjegstad (born July 13th, 1983) is a Norwegian actor and voice actor who provides voices for the Norwegian version of Thomas & Friends.
He also provides voices for "Phineas and Ferb", "Good Luck Charlie", "Fairly Odd Parents", "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody", "The Suite Life on Deck", "Wizards of Waverly Place", "ICarly", and many others. He also voices Ratchet in the "Ratchet and Clank" video games.
He has appeared in the Norwegian television show "Hotel Cæsar".
