Toad Returns is a magazine story.
Plot
Oliver is working with Toad, but a bumpy bit of track causes a coupling to break and Toad is left behind on the line. He calls for help, but Oliver does not hear him. Luckily, Emily arrives to take him. Oliver soon realises that Toad is missing and goes to look for him. But he need not worry, as he soon meets Emily with Toad. Toad is pleased to be with Oliver again and safely in the middle of the two engines.
