Thomas and Bertie's Great Race and Other Adventures is a US VHS featuring two first series episodes and two third series episodes narrated by George Carlin between segments of "Anthony's Attic". This video was made for the TV Teddy VHS series in which a toy bear named TV Teddy would react to scenes and interact with the video presenter.

  • The first two minutes of the soundtrack for Thomas, Terence and the Snow are overlapped.
  • This is the very first release of George Carlin's narration of Thomas, Terence and the Snow.
  • The nameboards and credits from Trust Thomas and Other Stories are used.
  • This was the only Thomas VHS released by YES! Entertainment.
  • The beginning, middle and end of the VHS feature segments from the TV Teddy exclusive "Anthony's Attic."
  • This is the only TV Teddy VHS of Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends, not counting Sweet and Sour from Shining Time Station.
  • Anthony's Attic featured Douglas Manes as Anthony and TV Teddy voiced by Kath Soucie.
  • On certain screens while watching this VHS, there is a grey static line on the left. This is used so that TV Teddy can interact with the tape.
  • Two versions of the cover exist.

Goofs

  • Just before the start of "Thomas and Bertie's Great Race", the last bit of the intro of Thomas at Ffarquhar is seen.
  • The UK title for "Terence the Tractor" ("Thomas, Terence and the Snow") is used in the intro.
