Thomas, Percy and the Chocolate Express is a German book, illustrated using photographs from the television series.
Plot
Due to a water shortage at The Washdown, the engines cannot be washed regularly. Percy suffers more than the other engines because he does more dirty work than anyone else. He is pleased when he gets to take a trainload of nice, clean sugar to the chocolate factory, but ends up getting dirtier than ever.
