Peel Godred, or simply Peel, is a large walled town and the terminus for the Peel Godred Branch Line.
History
In the ninth series, Peel Godred is a walled town, with the station (simply named "Peel" instead of "Peel Godred") situated above it. The station consists of two platforms, connected via a subway. The platform closest to the town houses the station building, while the second is an island platform with a canopy. Two through lines run between the platforms. There is also a yard next to the island platform, which includes a washdown and a small steam crane.
In the eleventh series, the town changes to a more conventional, non-walled layout. The yard and island platform are removed, with three through lines now running past the station instead of two.
