The Water Wheel is a magazine story illustrated using photographs from the television series.
Plot
Edward is chosen to deliver the brass water wheel and Gordon is jealous. However, Edward does not take the Express line and instead takes the bumpy mainline. The brass rim cuts the ropes securing it and it rolls away down the hill, soon landing on Gordon's flatbed of scrap headed for the smelter's yard. Edward catches Gordon just before the magnificent water wheel is melted down.
