Plot
Thomas is puffing down the tracks when he sees an abandoned engine named Hiro. Hiro asks Thomas not tell Sir Topham Hatt about him for fear of being scrapped. But Spencer chuffs by, sees Hiro, and says he is going to tell Sir Topham Hatt. Thomas races to stop Spencer across an old bridge and Spencer falls in the water. Thomas tells Sir Topham Hatt about Hiro and he sends Hiro to the Sodor Steamworks. After Hiro is mended, he helps rescue Spencer. Spencer thanks Hiro, and the three engines steam down the tracks.
