Steven Elford (born 13 May 1973 in Truro, Cornwall, England, UK) is an English-born Canadian animation/visual effects artist, former model maker and puppeteer. He was the CG Supervisor of Thomas & Friends at Nitrogen Studios for all seasons and specials. He also worked as a Layout Supervisor for the twelfth season.
He now works for Rainmaker Entertainmant (previously MainFrame) as Vice President of Creative Technology, working on the new "Bob the Builder" and the "Barbie" films. He has also worked for Ardman Productions, Vanguard Animation and Disney, along with other projects.
