Scruffy Dog Media is a Cumbria-based video production company which produces the Mr. Arkwright and the Mr. Perkins segments for the Thomas & Friends DVDs from 2008 to 2014. They've also produced the YouTube series Storytime with Mr. Evans in 2019. It offers a complete production service, from concept and planning to shooting, post-production and delivery. John Gilluley, Lorna Hardy, Leighton Cheal and Ollie Brack work for the company. They have also been responsible for the sing-along lyrics in some music videos.
They also produced, directed and wrote the episode and book adaptation scripts of the Thomas & Friends Storytime podcast for Mattel. In 2023, they, alongside Kong Studio, were the supervising production company for the Sodor Mystery YouTube series.
