Micaela Winter is a former producer for Thomas & Friends at Mattel Creations.
She had previously served two positions at HiT Entertainment and Mattel Creations: line producer for The Great Race, Journey Beyond Sodor (Mattel Creations) and the twentieth series and production manager for the nineteenth series, The Adventure Begins and Sodor's Legend of the Lost Treasure.
In May 2016, she took over from Ian McCue (who was promoted to creative executive) as the producer for the series. She was the producer for the twenty-first and twenty-second series and Big World! Big Adventures!
She left Mattel in August 2018 and is now working at Blue-Zoo Animation Studio as a production manager. Ian McCue became producer once again for the twenty-third series. Jeffrey R. Hawley succeeded her as line producer.
