Kōtarō Nishiyama (西山宏太朗, born 11 October 1991 in Kanagawa, Japan) is a Japanese voice actor who provides voices in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends. He would later go on to voice Kenji in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go.
