Julia Lang (1921 - 1st April 2010) was the narrator in the 1953 BBC adaptation of The Sad Story of Henry.

She is best known for the radio show "Listen with Mother". She also played characters in some films.

Biography

Julia Lang was born in London in 1921. She would go on to host the BBC radio show "Listen with Mother" and appear in several Hollywood films. In 1942, she married William Shine, who appeared with her in the film "The Red Shoes". They later had a son named Stephen; however, their marriage ended through divorce in 1949. She later died at the age of 88 in 2010.
