Helgo Liebig is a German voice actor who provides voices for the German dub of Thomas and Friends.
He is most famous for voicing Commissioner James Gordon from "Batman: The Animated Series", Tygra from "ThunderCats", various characters from the original "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe" series and Phil Funnie from "Doug".
