David Axford was a visual effects producer, crew member and set dresser for Thomas and the Magic Railroad.
He got involved in the project when Phil Fehrle was researching on effects houses and picked GVFX, which Axford was a member.
Other works included "Stargate SG-1", "Lucky 7", "Covert Affairs", and the 2006 "Silent Hill" film.
